EBANI (Employee Benefits Association of Northern Illinois) is a non-profit organization committed to providing educational and networking opportunities for professionals who manage employee benefit programs. Since 1978, EBANI has been recognized by the business community as the leading association for benefits professionals in Rockford and the surrounding region. EBANI’s mission is to create a forum for learning, sharing of ideas, and promoting best practices in the complex and ever-changing field of employee benefits. EBANI is governed by a volunteer board of directors who strive to deliver valuable programs for members.
