TOPIC: Employer Perspective on COVID Vaccine Mandates & Accommodation Requests

During this meeting, Labor & Employment defense attorney Peter Hansen will discuss employer obligations in implementing vaccination and other safety mandates relating to COVID-19, including responses to employees’ exemption requests. Topics to be discussed include OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard for employers with 100+ employees and religious accommodations.
